by wishing all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Please note that Santa Claus will be at the
Club December 5 for Sunday lunch.
Congratulations to Kevin Adams who
is the winner of the December Sunday Buffet drawing. In order to be eligible for the drawing, you
must submit your e-mail address to the Club to be added to the Club’s address
book. If you do not have an e-mail
address, simply call and have your name added to the list. If you have submitted your e-mail address but
are not receiving SCC notices, please call to verify your address. The next drawing will be held December
31.

2005-2007 Board of Directors Ballots
All SCC Stockholders will find 2005-2007 Board of Directors Ballots enclosed. This is your opportunity to elect three new board members. Ballots must be submitted by December 14, 2004.

I’ve enjoyed very much being President of the Board in 2004. I feel like we had a really good year, thanks mainly to Scott and his staff. Once again this year we are including a $15.00 “Thank You” contribution option on your December bill. This is a completely voluntary contribution to a bonus pool that will be distributed to all employees at Christmas time. The amount of $15.00 is simply a suggested amount so feel free to add or subtract as you see fit. And please remember, whether you contribute or not, to tell Scott and all of the SCC staff thanks for a job well done in 2004.

Plans have been made for the 2005 New Year’s Eve Party. Last year was a huge success. We are encouraging Members to invite guests as they did last year. By the time this newsletter reaches you, we should have invitations available to send to your guests. If you would like to provide us with the names and addresses, we would be happy to send these out for you.

The Ladies Golf Association would like to invite all lady members to join them one night a month beginning January 6, 2005. They are planning to meet the first Thursday of each month starting in January 2005. Chili and Games are on the menu.
